# Why is the Firefox 3 beta sucking so much ass?

I _never_ have “browser needs to close” issues, yet FFb3 seems to be almost plague ridden. I love Firefox, but this beta is acting worse than any other program I’ve ever run on my PC, and that’s really saying something.

I can’t be alone in this. Anyone else getting random shit storms from FF?

It pretty much tells you hey, we’re gonna update.  
At least that’s what my case was. I just said later. And then it asked me the next time I opened the browser. I said later again, and then the 3rd time I opened, I was just like fine. Do it, stop pestering me!

And then I realized it was a Beta.

I have downloaded – voluntarily – Firefox beta three and, my not very technical, observations are as follows:

It is a very, very much faster than Firefox 2.  
I can only find one theme that works properly with it – even the default Firefox one has incorrect icon spacing.  
There are a few, unimportant to me, add-ons that haven’t been updated to work with it yet.  
I find it very hard, for some reason, to sort my bookmarks alphabetically.

Apart from that, I haven’t found any major problems with it – certainly no crashes.
