Why is the Huffington Post Blocked this Morning?

Actually, Australia, following in the proud tradition of a million wowsers has the grandest censorship. And now, with the privatization of Telstra into the grubby hands of market forces it will be wowsers watching browsers as far as net neutrality is concerned.

Not really a good example: they are Muslims, and can sentence anyone to death for blasphemy. The fact it was online is incidental. Writing it down and secreting the paper in a steel safe, swallowing the key and walling the safe up, then hiring a trustworthy hypnotist to erase it from your memory, would get the same penalty.

My guess is that an IT admin blocked it in rage after going through a 25 page slide show only to find that the promised picture of a nude Miss Saudi Arabia wasn’t even in the list.

He probably responded, “Oh yeah? Well, I can block acess to you for an entire country with this one weird trick…”

I see it is unblocked this morning. I wonder what that was all about.

It seems odd they would unblock it on the very day HuffPo and other outlets reported that a woman has been arrested for the dread crime of wearing a skirt.
