# Why is the music at Starbucks so obnoxiously loud?

The offers, of course, I’ve noticed. (Though not the last few times I’ve been.) The music itself? Not so much.

I think that’s more due to Covid than anything else.

My bad. I should’ve clarified that it was because all the seats were taken. I should’ve also clarified that my last two visits to Starbucks occurred in September 2019. I was using up a gift card someone gave me.

They spend the most…probably not…and that’s a bit ageist…all people of course young and old like different volumes and types of music…
