# Why is the war so pixelated?

Erm, sorry to argue but that’s wrong. I know shit all about military comms, but an awful lot about satellite and data work in that region. Most of the feeds you’re looking at (at least for the crummy pixellated streams here) are using units such as the Scotty[Austrian Scotty](http://www.msnbc.com/news/862712.asp?cp1=1) or [7E’s Talking Head](http://www.7e.com/content/products/products.htm)
