# Why is Trump supporting, and McConnell opposing, the $2,000 stimulus checks?

Just so you aren’t left hanging, I interpreted that to mean reverse the policy to withdraw funding for WHO. Again, just giving the likeliest explanation, NOT INTENDING TO START A DISCUSSION ON **THAT!**
