# Why is Windows so darn complicated?

It was that Norton interferred with IE7 that lead me to the reflect on how difficult and involved doing repair and making changes is in Windows.

I wanted to live in Captain Kirk’s world. Oh, and you need to re-install RealPlayer, Java, Flash, WinRAR, AnyDVD, Wookie Spit.7, Splurtvision, EasyCrunch3.2 and Zipadeedoodah.6 or nothing’s ever gonna’ work right. If this is the first time you are seeing this error, well, get used to it. If, I mean, when the error recurs, please consult your vendor or go here for 79 easy steps to completely wrecking your system before you re-install.” BOOM! Goodbye Enterprise.

Realistcally, it doesn’t look like I’ll live long enough to ever see an easy-to-use computer platform.

Doesn’t the USS Enterprise run on NT? And had a navigation accident due to it?
