# Why No Cosby Civil Suits?

Assuming the accusations are mostly true (IMHO they probably are) I think the main reason is simply because the victims do not wish to have to relive the whole ordeal. Same reason so few of them took any legal action to begin with. Not only because he’s famous (and mega-rich), but because it’s a rape case…
