Not that most folks in this thread really need it, but the irony of having a separate thread about [how many Russian energy moguls](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/russian-lukoil-chief-dies-in-fall-from-hospital-window-2022-09-01/970732) (and journalists and basically anybody else) have “accidental” deaths while some here in this thread are defending the idea of a largely trustworthy or impartial Russian legal system is hilarious.
