# Why not make single-seater restrooms unisex?

Yeah we had a bar here in town back in my college days with three unisex restrooms. IIRC they were marked something like Shrimp, Crabs, and Lobsters. It was always fun to watch people who had never been there try to figure out which one to use.

Fortunately, we’re talking public restrooms, which have a U-shaped seat that you don’t ever have to lift up.
