I searched through some threads and I was not able to come up one that acknowledged why Bob Newbie was banned. So what was the deal? I thought he was funny in dark humor way. ---

When a poster with any sort of history gets banned, we provide a brief explanation. We ban a number of socks, spammers, and other riff-raff each day and we just don’t have the energy to provide explanations. Besides, for many of these jerks, having their name and an explanation (“Banned for being a spammer, and posting links to his site for buying triple-handled pliers” ) … well, that would just feed into their perverse egos. Yeah, he was a sock. Please don’t discuss any further, we don’t want to feed them.
