The OP was wrong, he wasn’t a sock. At least, nobody in a position to know has confirmed that he was a sock, and the reason given for his ban has nothing to do with footgear. ---

**Silverstreak Wonder** was unwilling to learn the rules and the culture, yet persisted in taking every opportunity to accuse the Mods and the members here of being tyrannical. Even when actions were explained repeatedly and at length to him, he would not listen to the explanations and preferred his own interpretation - that this board exists to stifle free expression. I can’t say that I wanted him run off, but I have yet to see a valid contribution to any thread. ---

They were banned under that rule too. So…yeah. The mods have history, precedent and a really annoying poster to back up their decision. Well done. 😉 ---
