They could play Madden all together as themselves. To make them happy, EA could boost everybody’s stats. ---

I actually like those silly skills competitions they run, with the obstacle courses and QBs throwing balls at moving targets and such. I missed it when they haven’t done it lately. ---

I’ve been thinking this would be a good idea for years. After the superbowl, no one cares about the probowl. With it before, it’s a build-up to the superbowl. It’s not about the _players_ caring, it’s about whether the _public_ will watch it. Having a few players from two teams unable to play isn’t a big deal. ---

Anyone remember the preseason game where the Super Bowl champs played a college All Star team? They haven’t played that game for over 20 years. I think it lasted less than 10 years. ---

How many people can play against one another at a time, 4 on 4? Each probowl team picks 2 representatives to play a quarter each., so a total of 16 players per conference can play. Brilliant! ---

It’s not like a vacation in Miami is that much worse than a vacation in Hawaii - although practically a third of the league is from Miami anyway. ---

The idea of randomly assigned home field advantage in baseball is also stupid.
