I left it to simmer for a few minutes, and came back to it to find it closed. It says there were 10 replies, but I can’t see them, so I don’t know if something went awry in the thread. Any witnesses? ---

I’m not sure if it’s the case now but there has been some duplicate problems due to recent timeouts. If you get a timeout error it’s logical to assume your post didn’t go through and then refresh and try again. Much of the time the first try did go through and the second try becomes a duplicate. ---
