# why wasn't my hotmail upgraded?

i have two hotmail accounts, one was upgraded (250mb) and i can still use outlook express and the other has not been upgraded (still at 2mb) and i can no longer use outlook. i have never paid hotmail anything and i opened both up around the same time. what’s the deal?

Same thing happened to me. One account upgraded quickly, the other not until this past week. It’s taking them a while to go through the 187 million accounts.

It takes a while. I’m an MSN subscriber and mine just got done this week. People with free hotmail accoutns go theirs before me.
It’s a long process.
