The Olsen twins were unique. They came into the public eye as infants and they were twins. Additionally, even as they entered their teen years they played very innocent and tried to appeal to young girls. These factors led to the half-serious/half-joking comments men made leading up to their 18th birthday. I recall a friend of mine who actually had a countdown clock on his dresser. The one on the right is closer to the camera, her hair is farther from her face, and she appears to be wearing less lipstick and a lighter shade. They are trying very hard _not_ to look identical in that picture. ---

I think we’re just going to have to disagree. Again, outside the realms of science fiction and fantasy, no two human beings are going to be exactly like, but taking into account facial expression, hairstyle, and other transitory differences, they look as identical as any identical twins I’ve known. ---

My sisters used to be friends with identical twins and I was the only one who could tell them apart. 🙂 ---

They’re hideous now (anorexia, drug abuse\*, and really bad makeup all take their toll), and they were kinda dorky little kids, but there was a time there, when they were sixteen or seventeen, that they looked quite good. Maybe not “Man, they’re hot, can’t wait until they’re legal” good, but quite good. - Rumored ---

They are fraternal. I have no reason to believe that their family is lying. My kids can actually tell them apart easily, but I have to strain. Them having grown up playing the same kid, I see their faces as 2 aspects of the same face. I’m not gonna get into the ‘would I hit it’ thing, but I think they are pretty damn cute and attractive. And even moreso now that I’ve seen the pics in this thread. I also think Miley Cyrus is killer-cute, but that _voice_! AAUUGHH! ---
