# Why will Obama be sworn in BEFORE noon?

Roberts totally botched the oath itself, so whatever he said before or after it can probably be considered to be wrong too.

However, to be fair, he undoubtedly wasn’t looking at his watch. And Senator was the correct polite term, as the last and highest title Obama had.
