Heck, **Coldfire** , I’d be willing to go with you and fix the plumbing while you and **Heloise** get “reaquainted.” I’m real good with plumbing. I’ve never been to LA before, and I’m sure I could find something to do before my return flight left. On second thought, that’s a crappy idea. Please forget I brought it up. ---

I just had to bump this to add one more gosh darn thing. Since we are firmly in summer, I decided it was time to crank up the gas grill last Sunday. It’s a nice one. This is an expensive grill. I popped up the lid, and firmly entrenched beneath the grate and the grill rocks… was trash. Shredded fabric, paper, even a plastic toy rat with the fur coming off. All sorts of trash. And there hasn’t been anyone in the apartment who could/would do something like this. Except for… you guessed it. Evil roomie. Rage all over again. The worst thing I could ever wish on this person is that she gets exactly what she deserves in life. Or that she never changes. ARGH!!! ---

Sounds like your landlady’s a nice person, and since she (or the property management company) runs the show in your building, she should be able to help you. Well, the RFH is gone now, I’m just finding some of her booby traps still. And wondering if there are any surprises left for me that I haven’t found yet. ---

Breathe in through the nose, breathe out throught the mouth. Focus on pleasant thoughts, like the RFH getting her own RFH in her new place, or perhaps getting the perm+dye job from hell that causes all her hair to turn funky colours and fall out in large patches…ah, that’s better now, isn’t it? ---

I wonder why the hell she stuck trash in the grill? Maybe because she thought “hey, it’ll burn anyway?” What a moron. And stealing pot lids is just weird. She sounds like big petty turd. Too bad you didn’t get a chance to implement any of the suggestions here. I particularly liked the mention of nocturnal bitch-slapping.
