# Why won't my scanner configure

For some unknown reason my scanner went offline and despite all my efforts I can’t get it back on.

I’ve tried everything, changed USB ports, the lot.

After loading the disc and following instructions to the letter I still get the message “Scanner configuration failed”

So is my scanner bust or what?
