# Why won't YouTube work for me on Firefox?

It says I need to install Flash Player, even though Flash Player is on my computer. YouTube works on Internet Explorer for me, but not on Firefox. Why?

[Test your flash plugin here.](http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/) It should say, “Adobe Flash Player is Installed”

Check to make sure you have javascript enabled in Tools -\> Options -\> Content
