It was my only car for 15 years.
You would be surprised what a little ingenuity can do. I carried a lot of ridiculous things around in it. (And I don’t own a dog
) I could almost certainly get by now with a little convertible sports car with little real inconvenience. I find the problem with the run to the hardware is that I’m either buying stuff small enough that I could fit it in anything, or I need it delivered by a truck.
The Tesla was built by Lotus and had a lot of Lotus sports car DNA in it. Its value is historical now. I used to know someone who owned a couple. MG claim to be producing a fully convertible roadster. But it has been a long time, with minimal production and nothing much outside of China. Morgan were also looking at possibilities, but so far have kicked the idea down the road. It will happen. But I wouldn’t be holding my breath.
