No. it’s the compounds within marijuana related to pain relief. Which the person in question can take and still retain gun ownership. Which is what is relevant to the discussion unless you are of the opinion that only non-gmo plants can be used for medical relief.
No. Carelessly storing a gun may help to arm a criminal. But you knew that.
