Exception, also it’s a small mouse targeted to laptop users., the same goes for R.A.T. M. Contrary to what you may think size matters when it comes to computer mouses (or is it “mice”?).

There might be actual engineering reason for not using Bluetooth for gaming mouses, Logitech claims in one of their mouses specs:

> The nano receiver communicates wirelessly to both the mouse and over the USB at 500 reports per second. A dedicated USB receiver means the G602 used the entire bandwidth for gaming-grade, low-latency performance. This is four times faster than the fastest Bluetooth mouse. Wireless speed and sophisticated algorithms allows uninterrupted game play with G602.

I don’t have the knowledge to verify that claim…

You’re right, I didn’t look into it close enough. But what difference does it make? An Xbox One controller can be used with a PC through a simple USB cable. I think I have six of those floating around thanks to being packed with a wide variety of devices over the years.

I think that’s a much more elegant solution than releasing a wireless dongle or changing the standard to something like Bluetooth.
