My first thought was that this is a photoshopped image. I realise that’s hardly a revolutionary declaration to be made against any online image, but it just doesn’t look right - as others have said, there are no metal parts such as screws evident in the figure - all in all, it looks like a photograph of the exterior of the toy that has been inverted, desaturared, then superimposed over the x ray image.
