I doubt the title is intended to imply Wikileaks banned something. I think they’re _trying_ to say “this is a banned haarp video that I got from Wikileaks.” ---

I don’t think it’s happened yet. Frequency could cause a nose bleed and dead birds. Sounds strange. I’ve seen this video in 2012 and the only thing that has changed is the date. From 2016 to 2018 ---
