Just to clarify I don’t mean transgender surgery. I mean a doctor removing the sex organs in the male without creating a vagina. If an individual has no penis, no vagina, and no testicles will most people believe that they were not responsible for a rape? ---

It is still possible to rape someone without having genitals. However, if the accusation is false, the lack of genitals would be very likely to result in an inconsistent story from the accuser, which would mean that the altered man would be very easily found innocent. ---

You should consult a lawyer first; and as an American you have the right to opinions in writing from your representatives if you write to them or better still phone them at home ( prolly not more than six congresspeople since they are busy people ). Approach and ask as many policemen as you can; be sure to get written agreements for all procedures and consequences from your health insurers, and get as many internet forum answers as possible. ---

The number of false rape allegations is small enough that statistically speaking _everyone_ will avoid one. Intact penis or not. ---

To expand on **Bricker** ’s answer, at common law rape referred solely to nonconsensual vaginal pentration with a penis. Most jurisdictions have expanded the definition by statute to include other forms of nonconsensual sexual penetration, or done away with the term altogether (for example, in Florida forcible sex crimes generally come under the heading of “sexual assault,” whether or not a penis is involved; there is no crime of “rape.”) ---

I just wanted to say that I have never before heard of an _orchiectomy_. It sounds like it should be the name for what Nero Wolfe does every morning up in his greenhouse, before coming down to his desk and putting the result in the vase on his desk.
