Also, one of my favorite lines from TFG has to do with the soap box racer expisode. Son: “Dad, what would you say if I told you I didn’t want to be in the soap box race?” Dad: “I’d say ‘come again’? Then I’d laugh because I said ‘come’.” Aslo, in an episode of **The Critic** Sherman goes to a film class where they’re watching the final work of Orson Wells; he was doing commercials for some frozen food company (I forget the name, so we’ll just call it Ms. Holly’s). “Ms. Holly’s frozen peas are delicious and full of green peaness.” ---

I think my vote would also be for The Family Guy for “Dirtiest Lines They Got Away With On Television” (now, THAT’S an Emmy-Award winning category!. I’ve seen most of the stuff described in his thread, and nothing gets me to actually gasp when I hear it like The Family Guy consistently does. For some reason, it seems smuttier when it comes from an animated show than a live actor show. (And I have a theory about how they got away with all that stuff - the censors are looking for particular words, and not for how things sound, or how people are expected to misinterpret them. Also, censors could be a bunch of simpletons that really don’t know how dirty some things are. I kinda like that theory.) ---

“Son of the Beach” has some awesomely good double-entrendres - too bad they’re sandwiched between a lot of awfully bad double-entrendres. But what can you expect from Howard Stern Productions. I particularly like the virgins name: B.J. Cummings. ---

In Northern Exposure, Dr Joel Fleishman had to do a check up on Hollis (sp?), you know, the old guy with the hot young babe.
