# Will getting blacklisted from an employer show up on a background check?

I got a hold of my original **permanent record** several years ago and was able to take out all of the negative remarks and even add in some glowing recommendations before I returned to its location. You’d be amazed at the **stuff** they are able to collect on us. Blew my mind!
