We drove through Cumberland, MD today on our trip to Indyanner. I had a personal moment of silence for **Norinew.** I had the ultimate engineering geek nightmare last night. I had to find the distance between two points by using drafting instruments to construct a hyperbola. Under machine gun fire, too. I’ve done the drafting exercise in class in college, and I could tell you in theory how to do it now, but I couldn’t do it in my dream. I’s very grumpy right now. Par for the course road tripping with VWife… ETA: First! ---

I’m taking tomorrow off so that the plumber can come and, I hope, replace the kitchen faucet and possibly the two outdoor ones. And then I’ll do something fun, I think. And also finish the ceremonial emptying of the closet and dresser. I think I’ve made it through all of my pants and dumped a bunch of them. Good look on your last part of a day, **FCM**. Mr. SCL complained the entire time I was in Tenn., but has spent about an hour with me since I got back. Is emptying the catboxes that bad? I was having fun and wish I was still up there. I hate being here. Being unemployed is a bitch. I know I’m depressed, but can’t afford the meds I need. Life sucks sometimes. ---

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’ _YAWN_ 'Tis 74 Amurrkin with a predicted high of 96. Wow, Summer weather. Imagine! Even hotter tomorrow which is ok cause that’s pool time! **MOOOOOOM** ummm… at least he’s employed? Maybe he’s found his callin’! 😃 Tonight I get taken out to eat at the good seafood place. Ok, we’ll be usin’ my bday certificate (good for any purchase up to $15.99!) but still it counts as bein’ taken out. We likes the discount stuff we do! To save myself formatting tags, Happy birthday/retirement **swampy/MOOOOOOM** 😛 **swampy** , I’ve been a pharmacy tech for years, but my state doesn’t require national certification, just a state license. But since work pays me to take it now, I figgered “why not?” And although I didn’t get my official certificate yet, the compyooter tells you whether or not you’ve passed as soon as you are done. ---

Oh My! Thanks for all the bday wishes! Makes a bear :o it does! I’m flyin’ under the radar so far re bday. I have not mentioned it and I don’t know if there’s some kind of super sekrit bday calendar or what not. I mean, I like the people I irk with and all but irk folk are irk folk and friends are friends, right? I do understand that sometimes irk folk can also be friends but so far I really haven’t met anybody I’d hang with outside of irk. Oh and I’m answerin’ the phone this mornin’ and doin’ paperirk.
