Maybe that’s why I don’t like it in general: much of seems to be designed to be played with the bass set on a level equal to a Saturn V exhaust. ---

We are saying that you _ought to_ make some effort to learn about a genre of music before dismissing it entirely and making broad, baseless statements like “rap sucks because all the rap I hear on the radio sucks.” If you don’t have the time or the interest to go looking for it, that’s (obviously) understandable. What gets me is that you and the **Tarkus** and **Longroad** seem to think that a well-informed opinion about an entire genre of music can be adequately based on such a small sampling. Try saying something like “I don’t know much about rap, but what I’ve _heard_ sucks, and I don’t really care enough to listen to more.” No one can fault you for that. ---
