I think that the host had simply seized on the phrase “growin’ it out” and ignored the context in order to make a puerile “that’s what she said” sort of jape, given that the little fellow’s name has recently been in the news with some salacious connections. “Har har har, he’s _growin’ it out_. It sounds like he’s gettin’ a _boner!_ Har har har. Amiright? Growin’ it out. I slay me.” ---

I’m on board with this. Not even sure if “Bubo fever” is referring to the radio show hosts, or to the guest. At least I know what Movember means now. (I had been wondering if it might refer to women “mowing” their pubic hair. But I guess that would have made more sense when mowed wasn’t the default condition for most women.) ETA: For what the DJ meant, he might have just been saying that to fluster the guest into _thinking_ it meant something, even though it didn’t really. (But don’t go by me; I didn’t even know what Movember meant.) ---

Immediately after he mentions the mustache, a host comments that means pubic hair too and the other one starts with the You know what he’s doing! Growing facial hair means that hormonally he’s ready for sex and is probably having it on a regular basis given his level of fame. ---

I’m guessing the mystery phrase is a variation on “Bieber Fever,” although I’ve never heard the term “Bubo” other than to mean a swollen lymph gland, or the mechanical owl from the original _Clash of the Titans_. ---

“Womb Broom” has been a slang term for moustache since forever. With the obvious implications. (ref male-on-female oral sex for the extremely literal-and-naive members of the audience). ---

I don’t believe the host is implying he’s growing the mustache for a sexual purpose but that the ability to grow a mustache signifies a certain level of maturity that includes in it a propensity for sex. ---

First of all, we’re talking about Justin Bieber. I have no idea when he started going by “Bubo”, or even if that phrase exists outside this thread. Second of all, the DJ is suggesting that Bieber is not participating in Movember at all, but is instead growing a mustache for the purpose of Bieber-on-girl oral sex. What purpose? The purpose of soaking the hair in lady juices during the performance of said activity for the purposes of licking later, aka the “flavor saver” routine. Man, you people are old.
