And in other news, apparently Wales could be next. Don’t see it happening myself, Wales just doesn’t have a strong enough economy to give it the standard of living it has in the UK.

Not a chance. Even my English hating Welsh in laws don’t want independence. They’d be bankrupt.

Well quite - at least the Welsh are practical (whereas the Scots have their massive sense of grievance to keep them warm at night).
