He is guilty of lying to the press, he admitted that. So that’s what they will whitewash. Related - The UNC Chapel Hill FB coach had 13 players violate NCAA rules this year. But he won’t be fired for that, he will be fired for losing. He was 4-8 last year and probably about the same this year. But they can use the NCAA problem as a main reason to fire him. Unless he somehow wins 9 or more games this year he’s a goner. He might even be fired before the season is over. ---

some of the nutjob fans even have a conspiracy that Valvano was fired because the local paper wanted him out. The story is he opposed the new BB arena location so the paper went after him and got him fired. Almost 30 years later they are still convinced that is the real story. ---

Someone’s going to get the blame. What I don’t know, is what if it’s someone who isn’t even at the school anymore, if they didn’t actually commit any crimes could anything happen to them? ---

LOL. Apparently coach Herman not only tipped them off, he also convinced Courtney to come forward _and_ paid for her legal fees. And all because he lost a 5-star recruit to tOSU. Hook 'em Horns! ---

it used to be common for a coach to turn another coach in for NCAA problems but not as common now.
