I saw De Kelley at a Star Trek convention years ago, and unfortunately, Shatner, who was drunk on his ass, came out onstage with him and thoroughly hogged the appearance. Kelley was polite enough to just stand back and let Shatner go, too; I would have preferred that he ask him to shut up occasionally so we could hear what he had to say. He came across as a very nice, very genuine man. ---
