Under Create Windows 10 installation media, click Download tool now & Run.

Choose Upgrade this PC now & Follow the prompts

When the upgrade is complete, go to Settings Update & Security \> Activation, and you should see a digital license for Windows 10!  
\*\*It took maybe 2 hours on a plugged in i7-4600u CPU @2.1ghz with 16gb RAM laptop with Windows Pro. \*\*

It went through a download, an update, then I had to restart the install from Downloads and it did the rest. Several restarts happened on its own but only 1 extra log-in. I did the upgrade as Admin.
