Why don’t I turn on the weather report today and hear:

Highs today 95, but with the 10 MPH breeze it will feel like 91.

I see it on [Accuweather.com](http://Accuweather.com). Today it is 95 here and the Windchill is 92.

Often with humidity, however, it feels hotter. It’s usually called heat index instead of Wind Chill.
