Count me in as someone who hates windchimes. I cannot sleep with that random ‘ting-ting-ting’ sound.
How about you get some really big, loud, poorly tuned windchimes that will drown out theirs–CLANG KRAK DONK–and teach them a lesson. Point a fan at it so it makes noise constantly. Maybe add in a gong or two which you can bang for fun. (j/k)
