I’m borrowing a Windows 11 computer while my Windows 10 computer gets fixed, and one thing I’ve noticed is that when I have a message waiting for me on Discord or mIRC, the flashing is much, _much_ more subtle in 11 than in 10. To the point where it doesn’t attract my attention at _all_.

How do I make it more obvious that an application needs my attention? Can I restore that setting to the way it was in Windows 10?
