# windows ME question

is there any shortcut or hotkey combination to reduce a maximized DOS window, short of closing out the window altogether and reopening a new window?
I am running Win ME and I am running WsyslogD in a DOS window, which is maximized. now I want to go back to a window so I can see the control buttons again. I can jump out of the window with Alt&Tab but when I go back in it is still maximized.
Anybody with any hints please ??
