Uh, no.

It’s not that hard to get loaded in prison. Happens all the time.

I, personally, think she should have got the DP. I can’t think of anything colder than her hearing that man plead for life in agonizing pain and her doing nothing but let him die.

Can you tell me who said that? I certainly did not.

The point is that the punishment needs to fit the crime. Punishment is a deterrant right up to the point where it becomes draconic. That’s when it achieves the opposite. At the prospect of facing a life in prison or even death, it becomes understandable - although still inexcusable, I still did not say that it is ok to do so - why people are panicing and trying to cover things up.

Exactly. I don’t care if she drinks and drugs until she dies, but getting behind the wheel of a car in such a condition is saying you don’t give a rat’s ass if you kill someone. This heartless bitch proved that.
