After many years of playing Wing Commander 1 and becoming rather proficient - though I still can’t beat that damned Kurasawa mission - I’ve finally gotten ahold of WCII. Is it just me or is this a much harder game than WCI? Do I just need to forget what I learned in one and retrain myself as a rookie (re: enemy flying, use of weapons etc.) or is it a legitimately harder game? Zeke ---

Seriously? Isn’t this game like 20 years old? Do not get me wrong…I LOVED the Wing Commander series. It was a big part of what hooked me into PC gaming and the series will always have a special place in my heart (although I LOATHE the movie). That said it has been ages since most people have played it and I, at least, certainly cannot remember the details that clearly. Is it on GOG? Might be worth a revisit if I can get my control pad to work. ---
