And I thought this was going to be related to the political divisions in the state, what with Wisconsin being a swing state now and all. But I guess Wisconsin Man is attempting to rival Florida Man. ---

Honestly, if my kids took my ashes and smoked me (okay, they’re 3 and 5 right now, so we hopefully got awhile to go), I would actually be pretty happy with that. Hell, honored even. ---

Then again, I feel a sort of kinship with them, despite being a FIB (fucking Illinois bastard) so there’s that. For me, Indiana is the weird bordering state. ---

What Wisconsin are you talking about? My mothers extended family is from rural Wisconsin. And while some of them are what we’d call moral, respectable folks, it’s as common as not to have multiple kids out of wedlock as a teenager, at least one’s an alcoholic, there’s a major family feud over a boyfriend that’s been going on 50 years. Looking at other families this is rather typical. Driving through the countryside you see not only multiple bars in every town, but bars randomly by the highway between towns. ---

Wisconsin was REPORTED to be a nice place but we know how the media lies. Probably made up stuff about Warren Spahn, too. I’ve never personally heard anyone say anything nice about Wisconsin.
