It’s Una’s (Anthracite’s) birthday on Sunday. Since it’s already midnight in the UK, I’m posting this now to make sure I got in first 😉 Una - I’d just like to say publicly how happy you have made me and how much I love you. You’ve completely changed my life. Last year was hell from end to end, and this year is the best year of my life. Knowing that I have your love and that I have you to turn to no matter what makes all the difference. I love you, my little one, my UnaGoddess. You make me feel complete. I love the way your mind works, your warped sense of humour, your smile, your marvellous eyes that change colours with the light and with your mood, your beautiful fine brown hair, the way you are the perfect height to snuggle in against, to hold or to kiss without getting a cricked neck, the soft skin on your legs, the feel of your breath on the back of my neck when I wake in the night, the feel of your hands on my body and your lips when we make love, and the sound of you when you cry out. You’re perfect. I know you don’t think you are, but you are. You were made for me, or I for you. I need you and miss you and love you more than I would have ever imagined it was possible to love someone. I love you more every day, which is frightening in itself. I loved you so much by March, more than anyone in my life ever, that I would have said it was impossible to love you more, but it’s true. The more I know you and know of you, the more I love you. Little one, I hope that you have a wonderful birthday, you deserve it. If your birthday and the year ahead bring you even half as much happiness as you’ve already given me, then they will be special indeed.
