For some explicable reason, I still think I want a PS3 more than a 360. It’s partly having to do with Metal Gear Solid 4, but it’s also partly having to do with Little Big Planet which looks pretty sweet. I guess it’s just I spent so many years squarely in the PS2 department that I can’t abandon ship. With the port of Bioshock coming to PS3 that gets rid of one of the two major 360 exclusives that I was worried about missing out on when I invested in the PS3. (The other’s Mass Effect.)
So I still want to purchase a PS3 in the future, and I think if I had already purchased one I wouldn’t regret it.
Same here, only we decided to go for the 360 despite having to forgo FFXIII. This doesn’t affect my decision at all, but it does remove the one remaining reason I’d consider buying a PS3.
Sorry if I sounded like I was making a broad statement. I simply meant that for my specific needs and wants at the time, the PS3 seemed the better choice, and still is. The Xbox offered nothing that I didn’t already have while the PS3 offered a couple of things.
I have nothing against the Xbox, if hell freezes and Fallout 3 is announced as a Xbox exclusive then I’ll snap one up in an instant.
