Clearly the House should establish another special committee to investigate that allegation. What does Hillary have to hide?
I understand that Joe Biden often carries a Randomly Energized Time and Relative Dimension In Space device to explain his occasional gaffs. To keep this thread related, there is no evidence that Biden was involved with the Benghazi debacle.
There’s no evidence that Obama did anything inappropriate either, but don’t let that stop you. I know, there are unanswered questions and redacted documents…
Maybe she could explain how all those FBI files had ended up in her WH office?
Maaan…the right-wing mindset just has TONS of idiotic little bits of stupid from the last couple of decades to lovingly polish with their tears, crouched in the darkness, my precioussss…
I like how despite the fact that **doorhinge **hasn’t seen any of these “redacted” documents, he knows that they’re “unreadable.” He knows this because government officials have described them as such. The same government that he doesn’t trust…
He only distrusts half the government. The part with a (D) after their name.
You don’t understand! He just doesn’t trust the DEMOCRATS in government…the Republicans are, obviously, paragons of honesty and good civic responsibility.
I know there are unanswered questions and redacted documents also.
I was under the impression that the bipartisan committee would be investigating actions related to all things Benghazi. Obama could always claim Executive Privilege, as he did with the Fast & Furious debacle.
I don’t think redacted means what you think it means.
*redact
› to remove words or information from a text before it is printed or made available to the public:
Officers’ names are routinely redacted from any publicly released reports.
Some parts of secret files are available to the public, but heavily redacted*.
I don’t think “unreadable” means what you think it means.
There is nothing in that definition that makes the claim that any redaction renders something unreadable. It may render the redacted part unreadable, but unless you’ve got some information that the information released has been COMPLETELY redacted so that there’s no readable information whatsoever, your point is not being made.
It’s like you people seem to think that, because the black Democrat is in office, standard intelligence and national security procedure is a horrible, horrible thing. Of COURSE some PARTS of the released information is redacted! The facility that was attacked (in the 2nd part of the attack) was a CIA annex! There’s going to be TONS of actual secret information involved that should not be released to the public or to Congress in general, especially with how cavalier Issa has been with sensitive intelligence information throughout this carnival of errors.
Words with large, solid, long, black bars covering them are unreadable. You wouldn’t be the first person to admit that they can read redacted files.
Right, so let’s say my grandmother gave me a cookie recipe that I wanted to post online, but at the bottom of it she said, “If you have any questions, give me a call at 123-555-0199.” I redact the phone number before I post it online.
Unreadable! You say, because you have no idea what’s underneath that black box. It could be a secret ingredient! Or something.
No normal person would consider that cookie recipe to be “unreadable.”
I was going to buy a car on craigslist, but the guy had blacked out his license plate number so I had no idea what the car looked like.
(post shortened)
I guess that’s why they’ve convened a bipartisan Congressional committee to investigate all things Benghazi. Hopefully, the Obama White House and ol’ Hillary’s State Dept can be convinced to provide unredacted/readable documents without being forced to.
It was a “false flag” operation masterminded by Matt Drudge. Makes as much sense as anything else.
They’re unreadable because he hasn’t read them. QED.
No evidence, you say ? Suspicious. Very suspicious indeed. Where is he hiding it all ?!
(post shortened)
Was U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stephens in Benghazi to buy a car off craigslist or bake cookies with you grandmother?
I understand that you object to the Obama White House and ol’ Hillary’s ol’ State Dept having to supply readable documents. I’m sure the bipartisan Congressional committee will take your concerns under consideration. And then proceed to demand unredacted info from the White House, State Dept, CIA, etc.
You shortened my post and now it’s unreadable. You need to stop doing that or I’m going to demand action. Maybe an investigative committee. We need to figure out when you stopped beating your wife, after all.
