Hooo boy. Yep. I discovered what Plantar Fasciitis is/was while on a 4 day vacation to tour the Smithsonian museums. I was pretty darn miserable. I had no idea what was wrong with my foot.
I did get it cured though. Took about 6 months but it’s fine now.
I preferred physical therapy with Terri when mine was damaged.
Yes I have, for a couple months after a roller blading accident when I tore up my miniscus.
