A young woman–wearing a ring stolen from a man brutally murdered with a hammer–was arrested by Friday and Gannon (she was later tried and convicted as an accessory to murder). She blew smoke in Friday’s face, and said, “You got nice eyes–for a cop.” Friday was totally disgusted with her and spoke that comment. I felt the same way when I followed that link to Wikipedia (delayed due to technical problems with the computer). ---
