Why _deeply insulting_? Why not: irksome mildly annoying not funny off topic worthy of a rolleyeyes etc any more mild words. Really- it was deeply insulting? I’ll try one last time… Friday’s remark was a non-sequitur to that chick’s _mom_, you see? If he’d have insulted her, then that’s fair play because she’d been a twat to him. But he didn’t, he called her _mother_ the bitch instead of her. Now, I get that it was some stellar writing back in the day and made Webb look like a witty, quasi-badass, but as far as actually hitting the intended target, it was a low blow. For, as previously stated, mom wasn’t responsible for her daughter’s actions and didn’t deserve to be called names for it. Am I making sense now? The rest, and how it applies to this thread, etc., would take too much head pounding that I’m not willing to expend. Good luck to all others involved though. ---
