# Woman suing radio station for date gone wrong

Well, true, but it often means that, but I think there are so many exceptions to it…you go home with someone and you want to do sexual act A and they want to do sexual act Y…you go home with someone and change your mind, you go home with someone and THEY change their mind…herpes…etc., that it’s not quite always that simple.

Right, but we are talking about the culpability of the radio station, not the culpability of the man on the date. Once she stepped onto his property the radio station should be absolved of all responsibility. That doesn’t make individual responsibility a moot point.
