Well here is a crazy twist. The brother was arrested and booked. Wow, thanks for posting this! I guess we don’t have to speculate about a trial anymore. Kind of sparse on details, but I’m getting that they can rule out suicide already because officers were with him all the time since his arrest? Arrested last Friday, saw prison doc on Wednesday with something serious enough to send him to hospital, pronounced dead on Thursday. Can’t tell whether he died in hospital or back in prison. Maybe a heart attack and they were able to keep him alive for a day? ---

Perhaps drug withdrawal overwhelmed his body? Stopping alcohol or drugs can be dangerous. Sounds like he was on something. Just to be sure, when they bury him they should have one of those string tied to a bell contraptions. That way, if he’s only mostly dead, they can still dig him up if the bell starts ringing.
