The sound of his voice will do it. If we get to texting, I can hardly wait to get home. Although a look at his “stub” might do it, too. and I’m surprised how much I enjoy living with a man who makes a lot more money than I do—I never cared about that type of thing when dating and I didn’t know when we met ---

I’m male, heading into my thirties, and I never have that automatic refractory period. For years I thought that was just some pop culture cliché. ---

Once in a while, yeah it gets to the point of having to take a break from whatever I’m doing. Doesn’t happen very often and there’s usually a reason for it… this thread is kind of having that effect actually. 😃 ---

My friends who go long through long dry spells tell me that after a few months, it’s like “Gee, some sex sure would be nice.” and then they just go on with their day. For me, if it’s been a week, I’m like “I could really use some sex rightabout now”, whereas if it’s been a day, I’m like “MORE SEX, **NOW**!” I remember a character on a television show (I’m mildly embarrassed to say that I think it was Grey’s Anatomy) finally gettin’ some after a long time, and complaining that now she’d “woken the beast”. ---

Given that this is an online message board…it’s funny but not surprising that the question has (ahem) arisen. To answer the question, occasionally, but not constantly. It’s been a while. When I’ve been in a relationship I’m like “SEX! NOW! MUST HAVE SEX!” often, pretty much every time I see the person in question. ---
